What are the commercial terms when taking the courses through the brilliantworking.com website?
You get a one year license for the selected course(s) with the option to renew as required. Please note that the license does not automatically renew. There is a 20% and 40% discount respectively for orders of each course over 10 and 100 licenses.
Learning Experience
How do I know that colleagues are getting upskilled?
The final module of each eCourse is a Certification Exam with multiple choice questions covering the key content in the eCourse. A pass mark of 80% or more is required to achieve Certification. This is a relatively high bar and a clear indication that the learning has landed.
How can I track training progess
Administrators can track learning and certification progress on a per colleague basis across the organisation. This tracking includes progress on a per module basis for each course including dates and timelines.
Is expert coaching available to support the eCourses
Yes, this is available globally from expert practitioners in the Brilliant Working the 3D Way framework. It can be delivered in person, remotely or typically with a hybrid of both.
What devices can be used to take the courses?
The courses can be taken through mobile phones, pads and notebooks
Do the courses remember where a student is at any point in time?
Yes. This means that a student could get part-way through a course on the journey into work in the morning and then pick up where they left off on the journey home
